Physicians Surgery Centers, LLC has been in business since 1999, creating and managing outpatient surgical facilities and a hospital, with the philosophy of physicians owning the vast majority of the equity and having ultimate control of the decision making. PSC handles the day-to-day operations under the direction of physician management. This model has enabled our centers to thrive from the perspective of our patients, physicians and shareholders.
